Exchanges & Returns:

.No exchange/returns on biggest sales orders. like Diwali/Rakhi/Holi/New year/Birthday sales.
∙No returns on COD orders
∙No exchange/returns on washed, worn, or tag less products.
∙Exchange/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
∙Only size exchanges: Ordered black (S) and need (M)? You’ll get black (M). Color changes not allowed.
∙If your required size isn’t available, no refunds. You can pick another product (price adjustments apply).

Returns:
∙Prepaid orders only. Within 7 days. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags intact.
∙Return cost: ₹100 per product (covers shipping & packaging).

Exchanges:
∙Allowed for both prepaid and COD orders.
∙Same conditions as returns (unused, with tags, etc.).
∙Not applicable for sale or light-colored items.
∙Only size changes allowed. If the product isn’t available, you can select another item (price differences apply).

Sale Items:
∙No returns/exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
∙All the items once sold will not be returned or exchanged.
∙No return/exchange on biggest sales like Diwali/Rakhi/Holi/New year/Birthday sales.

Cancellations:
Cancel before shipping = No charge.
Cancel after processing = ₹100 charge.
So, try to contact us ASAP so that we can cancel before your order is processed.

Why ₹100 Fee?
Covers quality checks, packaging, and multiple shipping costs. It’s much higher, but we charge only ₹100 to make your experience affordable since you all are, our loyal customers. Applicable on both Return and exchange.
